No preposition is needed. يومَ الاثنين is "on Monday" on its own.لا تحتاج حرف جر: «يومَ الاثنين» تكفي.

Arabic dates run day → month → year, the same as British English: الخامس من يونيو ٢٠٢٥.يُكتب التاريخ: اليوم ثم الشهر ثم السنة.
