ghadan
غدًا is the doorway to the future tense. Arabic builds the future by putting سـ or سوف in front of the present verb — nothing else changes.
| Present | Future | English |
|---|---|---|
I will go |
I will travel |
I will study |
| نزورُ | سنزورُ | we will visit |
| يلعبُ | سيلعبُ | he will play |
| تكتبُ | ستكتبُ | she will write |
They mean the same. سـ attaches to the verb and suits speech; سوف stands separately and feels a little more formal or more distant in time.
To say "will not", drop سـ and use لن with the verb: لن أذهبَ — I will not go.
