The pattern القالب

Arabic English
One of our customs is to welcome the guest.
It is customary to offer guests coffee.
It is traditional to visit relatives at Eid.
One of my country's customs is to eat together.
The ending after أن

The verb after أن takes a fatḥa: أن نرحِّبَ, not نرحِّبُ. It is a small mark examiners look for.

Why this earns marks

It is a complex structure used accurately — worth far more than a simple نرحّب بالضيف on its own.
