al-aṣdiqāʾ

A plural of PEOPLE, so it takes a proper plural adjective — the opposite of الأفلام.جمعُ عاقل، فيوصف بالجمع، بخلاف «الأفلام».

People are different

أصدقائي لطفاء — a real plural adjective, because friends are people. Compare الأفلام ممتعة, which is feminine singular.أصدقائي لطفاء بالجمع، لأنهم عقلاء.
