Describing a room وصف غرفة

My room is next to the bathroom.غرفتي بجانبِ الحمّام.
There is a desk under the window.يوجدُ مكتبٌ تحتَ النافذة.
The sofa is opposite the television.الأريكةُ مقابلَ التلفاز.
The table is in the middle of the room.الطاولةُ في وسطِ الغرفة.
The cupboard is between the bed and the door.الخزانةُ بين السريرِ والباب.

What follows them

The noun after a place word takes a kasra ending: تحتَ النافذةِ, بجانبِ الحمّامِ. Unvowelled, it is invisible — but it matters when read aloud.الاسم بعد الظرف مجرور: تحتَ النافذةِ.
